Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the rules and regulations for all plumbing and HVAC work carried out by Rypakou LTD anywhere in the United Kingdom. By requesting a quotation or services, you agree to the following:

1. Quotes. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest.
3. Warranty. New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; refurbished units include a 6-month parts-and-labour warranty.
4. Site access. The client must ensure safe access to working areas and supply all required permits.
5. Liability. Rypakou LTD is not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to our scope of work.
6. Governing law. These terms are governed by English law; disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
